Each Food Trip To… Box comes with information cards telling you where you are off to this month.

I was told that I will be having a sensory voyage…through India. Additional cards described each item in my box along with a very descriptive recipe card and photo the food I will be making.

Cocktail – Bombay Rose (a re-styled gin & tonic, worthy of Maharaja)

Main Dish – Tandoori Chicken (a richly, flavourful tandoori dish marinated with a lemony accent with a side of crisp papadum)

Dessert – Gulab Jamun (a typical Indian dessert with sweet floral taste)

A Food Trip to…India is the most amazing and delicious food box ever! My husband and I absolutely love Indian food! Now to invite some friends over this weekend and have some fun!

These boxes are so detailed! Each kit comes with a grocery check list, helpful tips for preparing my Indian dinner, and an ingredient fact sheet. They have also included a vegetarian variations on the recipe cards. I love how fun and delicious these boxes are!

To really enhance your Indian experience, they have included some facts about the country, such as population statistics, religion, traditions, culture, and geography. As well as, some words in Hindi and a list of Indian movies and songs.

These boxes are great for a dinner party with friends!

And some great Indian snacks and an extra surprise from India:

My family has loved all of the boxes we have tried so far. These boxes allow our whole family learn about the world we live in and bring a wonderful authentic cultural experience into our home. This month we cannot wait to share the experience of our India box with some great friends, I am sure there are many laughs to be had when we try to speak Hindi.
