Pawbox from Pawtree Subscription Box Review + Unboxig | August 2019

pawbox review

Pawbox is a pet product subscription box. You’ll have the option of building your own Pawbox, choosing at the minimum of any three qualifying items on the Paw Tree website. Your box will be delivered at the frequency you prefer (set number of days, monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly or by a set number of weeks 4, 6, 8 or 12) which I think is brilliant. Shipping on the recurring Pawbox is free. NAT received this product at no cost for review purposes.

Subscription Box Review

My first glimpse inside the Pawbox that I built! This is such a cute presentation!

cat subscription boxes

Everything that I received in my box. I chose these items because my cat is a senior and I’m concerned with her longevity and some other items for nutrition and another item just for fun!

So what is all this stuff?

Surprise Me Seasoning 3 Pack
dog subscription boxes

$44.97 Use code 3FOR30 to get them for $30

First up is this assortment of Superfood Seasonings. This sounded like a great way to make mealtime more interesting for Swifty but also pack as much nutrition in as well, keeping her fuller and satisfied for longer. There are three different flavors included; I received the Italian Blend, the Mexican Blend and the Asian Blend.

The Mexican Blend uses beef and chicken as a base with the flavor of tomatoes, monterey jack and cheddar cheese as well as black beans to create a delicious seasoning for your cat’s food.

The Asian Blend uses a base of duck and chicken as well as red and green bell peppers, oranges and broccolli. That actually sounds really good right?

Finally our Italian Blend uses Beef as a base with the addition of tomatoes, mozzarella cheese and spinach. Each bottle has the nutritional information and directions. To use these seasonings you just add 1/2 teaspoon for every 10 lbs your cat weighs. Swifty has had no complaints with these blends so far at all!

Here is Swifty investigating this blend!

Fountain of Youth System for Cats

$65.47

Next is something I chose specifically for my cat as she is beginning to grow in years. This bundle includes three products that promote longevity and overall health for older cats.

The first item in this bundle is this Gastro Pro Plus Daily Supplement for Dogs and Cats. The capsules are a blend of pro and prebiotics, enzymes and herbs. We received a thirty day supply.

Based on weight you’ll feed your cat either a half capsule or a whole one. I think this is a great product because of everything we are learning about the gut biome and how important it is in overall health, not just for humans but for all animals. Maintaining a good gut flora is imperative for great gastrointestinal health.

Next up is the Joint Support Plus Soft Chews. This container has 45 chews in it that help with joint fluid. The key ingredients are Glucosamine, Chondroitin Sulfate, Green Lipped Mussel and Hyaluronic Acid.

These look and smell like cat treats and guess what? Swifty thought so as well… she ate hers right up!

Finally in this bundle is this pump bottle of Wild Alaskan Salmon Oil. This is an eight ounce bottle packed with Omega 3 fatty acids that are great for coat, healthy growth, immune system, eye health and ear health. To use this you just pump a bit over your cats (or dogs) food. This product is all natural and made in the USA.

Evil Genius Collar

$11.99

The final item in our Pawbox is our collar. I picked this because it says Evil Genius and my husband found this hilarious as he …. isn’t the biggest cat fan out there.

Swifty is so fluffy that this disappears within her fur which made me laugh!

So in summary

Presentation: Everything arrived well packaged and in perfect condition in this box.

Quality: One of  things that we like most about the products from Pawtree is the high quality ingredients and wonderful products that they make. My cat means so much to me, so why would I give her anything less than the best!

Curation: I chose each of the items in this box and I think it was curated quite nicely, thanks for asking!
