Subscription Box Review

The first glimpse inside Sips by box for September. This box is always so cute.

subscription box review

Everything that came in my September package. As always there are four teas and some disposable tea bags. This selection couldn’t be anymore perfect for me.

So what is all this stuff?

The box insert

The reverse lists each of the teas that I received and tells us a bit about them. It’s important to mention that there’s a coupon for each tea if you decide to go on and purchase more from the retailer.

Every box from Sips by includes a number of disposable tea bags that come in this little canvas reusable tea bag.

Jasmine Gold by Asheville Tea Co.
subscription box review

The first tea in this box is a Jasmine that infuses green tea with Chrysanthemum flower. There were four bags included in total. This tea has a medium caffeine level making it great for your first cup of the day. The coupon that came with this was for 15% off your next purchase at Asheville Tea Co.

Candied Pistachio by Fava Tea

Next up is a bag of caffeine free tea from Fava Tea (a new to us brand). This blend includes; dates, pistachios, sliced almonds, rose petals and flavoring. Being as this has elements of sweetness and no caffeine this would be a great tea to serve with a warm dessert like pie!

This looks absolutely delicious and I can’t wait to try it. I can see why they included this for me as it includes rose petals.

Earl Grey from Ahmad Tea

Next up we have the only highly caffeinated tea that was included in this assortment. I’ve received quite a few teas from Ahmad in the past and have liked them all! Ahmad supplies tea for the Royal Collection including Buckingham Palace which is really exciting in my opinion!

White Petal from Smith Teamaker

The final tea in this month’s assortment is giving us all kinds of packaging feels! This white tea Chinese Osmanthus flowers with Chamomile petals and other natural flavors to create a low caffeine blend that can be enjoyed anytime throughout the day. If you want to repurchase this tea the retailer included a 20% off coupon code.

So in summary

Presentation: Everything arrived to us in great shape and was well packaged in our September Sips by package.

Quality: I feel like they do a great job of including high quality teas that are well made

Curation: This assortment was really great. I feel like each of these teas was chosen just for me (particularly all the florals).
