Subscription Box Review

subscription box review

Our first glimpe inside the Sips By package for July.

tea subscription boxes

Everything that we received in our July package from Sips by. As always there are four teas in flavors and varieties that we like. For reference we love florals and prefer a mix of both caffeinated and herbal teas. Most of the teas are loose but there are a few in this month’s box that are bagged.

So what is all this stuff?

Our box insert,

This does a great job of listing each of the items that we received and telling us a good bit of information about them. There’s also coupons for each brand if we want to go and purchase more.

Reishi Detox from Choice Organic Teas

The first item in our package is one we already know and love. The Reishi Detox tea includes a mushroom herb blend that increases vitality! We received 4 packets, each of which is caffeine free. The thing we love most about these is that they taste much like coffee, so it’s like drinking coffee without the effects of the caffeine and all the positive health benefits!

Lavender Bloom Black Tea from Udyan Tea

Our next tea is a new to us brand that included a delicious sounding tea (that is oh so perfect for us). The package we received is 10 grams which means it will make 4 cups of coffee. This tea includes just black tea, rose petals and lavender and has a medium caffeine level.

Mango Green Tea from Cusa Tea

Next we have a tea of the instant variety. These little packets include powdered tea that can be mixed with hot or warm water to create a beautiful cup of green tea with pure mango flavor. Want your tea iced? No worries just add ice! This tea also has medium caffeine.

Peachy Keen by Tiesta Teas

The last tea in this assortment is from another new to us brand, Tiesta Teas. This “Eternity” tea includes white tea, papaya bits, moringa leaves, rosebuds and natural flavors. This has low caffeine and sounds like it’s going to be super tasty. We’ve been seeing Moringa all over the place lately so we’re excited to reap some of the benefits.

So in summary

Presentation: Everything arrived to us perfectly and we love how detailed the insert is, the coupons are great as well!

Quality: We love that most of the teas included in this subscription are small batch and artisanal and that we’d otherwise not know about them.

Curation: The selection that we received is perfect for us and we really love that this is great to experiment with different brands and flavors of tea, and for the price it can’t be beat.
