The first glimpse inside the Allure Beauty Box for October

beauty subscription box

Everything that came in my box for October. This is a great mix for just $15!

So what is all this stuff?

Our box insert for the Allure Beauty Box comes in the form of a mini magazine.

Inside they list each of the items that we received along with the value for them FULL SIZED.

M-61 Powerglow Peel
m-61 powerglow peel

$9

This skin exfoliator uses salicylic acid and glycolic acid to brighten and smooth skin. There are three peels included in our box and while I haven’t been able to try these out yet I do love Salicylic Acid and how it works for my skin so I’m glad for these!

Kneipp Mineral Bath Salt in Dream Away
kneipp mineral bath salt

Kneipp Bath Salts are the bees knees so I was glad to receive this valerian and hops variety! I love these salts and find them super relaxing! Kneipp is a German brand and apparently this salt turns the water electric blue!

ModelCo Metallic Eyeshadow Trio in St. Tropez
modelco metallic eyeshadow trio

$13

Next is this eye shadow trio from ModelCo. I wasn’t swooning just from seeing these in the pans but dang …

That top shade though!!! Whew this is really pretty! I know shimmers aren’t particularly challenging for companies but I thought these were rich and buttery.

Sunday Riley Ice Ceramide Moisturizing Cream

Well, it’s Sunday Riley… but it’s like silly small. I am intrigued with the claims though. This claims to give you dewy and glowing radiance. So maybe if I like it I’ll spring for the $65 full size

Lumify Redness Reliever Eye Drops

This was included as a box bonus. I’ve received these in boxes before and pass them on to my Mom because I don’t use them but still nice for those with dry eyes.

ModelCo Eyelites in Granite
modelco eyelights

$9

Next we have another item from ModelCo. I have another of the eyelights colors so it was interesting to see this in such a deep shade. This granite color is black with reflective silver glitter in it.

This is nice but I’m not sure how often I’m actually going to use it.

Sol De Janeiro Brazilian Bum Bum Cream

The final item in this month’s box is something that has been around and loved for so long but I haven’t had a chance to try it. Yes, you heard that right… I’ve never tried this YET! And let me tell you something… it’s AVERAGE. I mean the smell is nice… but again $45 for the full size? Yeah nah.

So in summary

Presentation: Everything arrived perfectly in my October Allure Beauty Box

Quality: I feel like they do a good job sourcing products from trending and current brands that made good quality products.

Curation: This was a good month from them and for $15 you can’t beat it!
