Catalina Crunch Review
We received a bag of their Maple Waffle Cereal and we have to say that there are so many positive things about this cereal. Each serving is just 90 calories, includes 6 grams of fiber, NO SUGAR and 10 grams of protein. To boot it’s paleo, grain free, 100% vegan, soy free, non GMO and despite it being sugar free it includes no sugar alcohols.

The cereal itself is delicious! The flavor is there but isn’t overpowering! I found that this cereal kept me full until lunch (which is great as there are not many cereals that can do that). Plus that extra chewing burns calories. It wasn’t just me that liked this cereal I let the kids try it and they LOVED it!
