Everything that came in my Variety Pack from Catalina Crunch.

So what is all this stuff?

catalina crunch maple waffle review

First up in our box is the Catalina Crunch Maple Waffle Cereal. This boasts 0 grams of sugar, 10 grams of protein and 6 grams of fibers in every 3/8 cup serving.

This cereal has minimal ingredients – Catalina flour, Tapioca, Catalina Oil, Baking Powder, Natural Flavors, Sea Salt, Calcium Carbonate, Vitamin E and Monk Fruit. This tastes good and I prefer monk fruit as a sweetener. Among all the other beneficial things about this cereal is the fact that it’s both gluten and grain free and uses a blend of six plant proteins and fibers that are great for your gut and keep you fuller longer.

catalina crunch cinnamon toast review

Next up is the Cinnamon Toast Cereal. This has no sugar, 10 grams of protein and 6 grams of fiber in every 3/8th cup serving. Each serving contains 90 calories.

This cereal includes Catalina Flour, Tapioca, Catalina Oil, Baking Powder, Natural Flavors, Sea Salt, Calcium Carbonate, Vitamin E, Monk Fruit and Cinnamon. This has a milk cinnamon flavor and the crunch brakes it really good to just snack on!

catalina crunch graham cracker review

Then we have the cereal that I was most excited to try out the Graham Cracker. This boasts no sugar, 11 grams of protein and 9 grams of fiber in every 1/2 cup serving. Each serving has 110 calories.

This cereal includes the Catalina Flour, Tapioca Flour, Organic High Oleic Sunflower Oil, Baking Powder, Natural Flavors, Sea Salt, Calcium Carbonate and Stevia Extract. I was excited and was hoping they’d taste like the hone Teddy Graham crackers and they kind of do. I let the kids try them and they really enjoyed them as well.

catalina crunch dark chocolate review

Catalina Crunch also has a lot of different chocolate offerings. Their Dark Chocolate Cereal has no sugar, 8 grams of protein and 7 grams of sugar in every 3/8th cup serving. Each serving is 90 calories.

This cereal combines Catalina Flour, Tapioca, Catalina Oil, Cacao, Baking Powder, Natural Flavors, Sea Salt, Calcium Carbonate, Vitamin E and Monk Fruit. The flavor of this cereal is really nice… I was expecting that deep dark chocolate flavor but it was really mild and goes well with milk!

catalina crunch mint chocolate cereal review

Second to last in our variety pack is the mint chocolate cereal. This cereal boasts no sugar, 11 grams of protein, and 9 grams of protein. Every 1/2 cup serving has 110 calories

This cereal includes catalina flour, tapioca flour, organic high oleic sunflower oil, cocoa powder, baking powder, natural flavors, sea salt, calcium carbonate and stevia extract. My kids LOVE this one which is great because personally I’m not big on mint chocolate.

The final cereal in my variety pack is chocolate banana. This is the most surprising as it turned out to be my favorite! This has no sugar, 8 grams of protein and 7 grams of fiber. Each 3/8 cup serving has 90 calories.

In this cereal you’ll find Catalina Flour, Tapioca, Catalina Oil, Cacao, Baking Powder, Natural Flavors, Sea Salt, Calcium Carbonate, Vitamin E and Monk Fruit. This cereal is so good! Definitely my favorite of the bunch!

So in summary

I won’t break this down like I do our normal subscription boxes as we know what we’re receiving when we sign up but I will say that the packaging is nice and I really like the minimal ingredients Catalina Crunch uses. This is definitely a great, healthy option for low carb breakfasts and a great alternative for people who are grain free!
