garnier skinactive micellar cleansing water review

Did you know that Garnier did skincare? Because they do. Today I’m reviewing their Skinactive Micellar Cleansing Water with Vitamin C which they sent over for me to review. Each bottle is 13.5 ounces and retails for $4.99.

Skincare Review

So first I’m going to say that I really like the top of this. It isn’t a pump so much as you squeeze it out and you can get more than you can get with those little fountain style ones. The smell is citrusy-y and alcohol-y too. If that makes sense?

Ingredients

Water

Hexylene Glycol

Glycerin

Disodium Cocoamphodiacetate

Disodium EDTA

Poloxamer 184

Polyaminopropyl Biguanide

Obviously you’d use this to take off your makeup and the Vitamin C is supposed to brighten skin. I found that this does sting a bit but that’s kind of par for the course if you have sensitive skin. They do say that this is a three in one and can be used to remove makeup, cleanse the skin and add glow. While two of those claims are true I will never say that a Micellar Water will cleanse your skin. But this is a great budget friendly Micellar Water to take off your makeup. This is also safe to use of face, lips and eyes.
