ren clearcalm clay cleanser review

The REN Clean Skincare Clearcalm3 Clarifying Clay Cleanser is no longer available on the REN website however they do have the Clarimatte Invisible Pores Detox Mask which seems to be the newest version of this clay cleanser. You can purchase it for $42. This product can be purchased on Amazon by the REN shop though… and it’s just $20.

REN Clay Cleanser Review

The Clearcalm3 line of products is formulated to clear up acne without overdrying the skin. While this isn’t something that I’d select for myself as I have dry / red skin and no real acne problems I did find that this wasn’t overly drying even for someone with dry skin.

The formula itself is a lot less pasty than you’d imagine and doesn’t really have a scent outside of the smells of the ingredients. The instructions say that this should be applied (just one pump so a little goes a long way) to damp skin and be massaged onto face for one to two minutes. Then rinse it off. As with all REN products this contains no parabens, sulphate detergent, mineral oil, pertrolatum, synthetic fragrance, synthetic colors. T.E.A, D.E.A, Mit, Chit, Propylene Glycol, Silicones, PEG et al and is sustainably sourced and cruelty free.
