Carnivore Club is a Canadian-based curated cured meat of the month club featuring artisans from around the world. Each month you will receive high-quality, handcrafted cured meats from top artisans.

Each month’s box is themed around one artisan specializing in a particular style of cured meats: French Charcuterie, Italian Salumi, Spanish Chorizo, South African Biltong, and Artisanal Jerky are but a few. Carnivore Club loves artisans that purchase ethically treated animals, employ humane slaughtering practices, use locally sourced ingredients, and have a passion for making exceptional products. Carnivore Club is about “satisfying your inner carnivore” through the discovery of amazing cured meats and the story of their creators.

 

At first, I thought Carnivore Club was just a beef-jerky-of-the-month club, but, wow… was I wrong!  The assortment of meats I received blew my mind (and taste buds) away.  This is not even your local butcher quality, Carnivore Club finds the very best in cured meats from artisans who specialize in this, often passing down the trade secrets for generations.  The ultimate gift for yourself or the meat-lover in your life.
