Subscription Box Review

My first glimpse inside the Desk Stash Box. Not sure if it was intentional or not but I am loving how the items match the color of the box!

Everything that came in my box from Desk Stash. This really is a fun and unique assortment of items!

So what is all this stuff?

Midori Etched Clips (Space)

$8

First up in my box are these cute space shaped paperclips from Japanese stationery brand Midori. Their products tend to be a little hard to find so I am really happy to see that they were included in this box. There are four styles of clip and 16 clips included in total. They do also have their own case which is pretty neat!

Scotch Tape Record Player Dispenser

$11.64

Talk about unique! The next item in our box is from Scotch and is a tape dispenser in the shape of a record player. I was surprised by the weight and durability of this item!

One of my husband’s prized possessions is his Audio Technica record player so I’m thinking I’ll stash this away for his as an added Father’s Day Gift!

Knock Knock Paper Mousepads

$18.22

This paper mousepad from new to me brand Knock Knock is not only useful but it’s a pretty darn good idea! I love jotting down notes and lists and this puts it right at the forefront of your work station! I also love that once you accomplish your tasks you can wipe the slate clean by just pulling off the page and pitching it! And below you’ll have a fresh sheet!

Knock Knock This Week Sticky Roll Notes

$12.22

Our second item from Knock Knock is this Sticky Roll Notes. This is an inventive idea and a really fun twist on plain old sticky notes! These are labeled with the days of the week and you can pull them out as needed and stick there where ever you’d like!

Fred & Friends Think Again Brain Eraser

$6

There were also two items in our box for this season from another new to me brand called “Fred & Friends”. The first is a fun and cheeky sort of item – a brain in a jar that is in fact, an eraser.

I actually love the way this looks, it seems really accurate. I gave this to Penny because it really fits into her sort of “brainy” style. You see what I did there?

Fred Happy Camper Vintage Pencil Holder

$10

The other item from Fred is this pencil holder. This clips together and is made of a durable, heavy cardboard. This item is really different and will add a good amount of whimsy to any deskscape!

Emergen C Vitamin C Tablets

Ah the times that we live in. Definitely a much needed item at the moment and if you happen to be an “essential worker” who’s in the office right now I think that you’ll find items like Emergen C Vitamin C tablets to be essential as well. This box has three packets in total.

Ooly 6 Click Gel Pen

$8.99

The final item in our box from Desk Stash is a blast from the past type product. This clickable pen has six different colors to choose from. It comes from Ooly (whom I love) so yeah it has that going for it as well!

So in summary

Presentation: Everything was packaged well and arrived to me perfectly in my box from Desk Stash

Quality: I was really impressed with the assortment and the inclusion of a number of brands that I already know and love

Curation: This box is a lot of fun and it’s a great way to keep your work area fresh and fun and thereby making work that much more tolerable.

Box Economy: For the price of this box ($45) I received well over $65 which is an awesome deal!
