Our first glimpse inside the package from Reel Paper.
Here are the two rolls that we received. This toilet paper is 3 ply so it is extra soft. Because this toilet paper is made with bamboo it’s a much more sustainable alternative to the normal toilet paper that you buy in store. 27,000 trees are cut down each day just to create toilet paper. Bamboo grows 3 feet in twenty-four hours, making it the fastest growing plant on the planet. It needs to be harvested only once a year and doesn’t need to be replanted. And since it uses less water and puts out more oxygen it has the ability to fix 25 metric tons of atmospheric CO2. This toilet paper also is free of inks, dyes and BPA.
Despite this toilet paper being tree free it is incredible strong and durable. Because of the unique composition of bamboo it is naturally tough and has great tensile strength that’s higher than many steel alloys.
And something I personally think is great about this subscription is the philanthropic aspect. The lack of toilets in the world contaminates water and contributes to lost lives. So their efforts in donating a single use toilet for each roll of toilet paper sold is amazing!
